WILL MORIARITY CS
Born in DC, Will began his restaurant career as a teenager and worked his way from barback to sommelier. After a few years as the wine director for The Liberty Tavern in Arlington, he moved on to become the floor sommelier at Fiola Mare in Georgetown. Will takes the pretention out of wine and makes it fun, bringing his passion and energy to every event. His favorite pairing would be white truffles with an aged barbaresco. When he isnt working with wine he could be found cycling, playing golf/tennis/volleyball or cooking up some great BBQ.
